Notify the Proctor if you are planning on attending this test. Seating is limited. Test given at St. Luke's Lutheran Church. Enter on the north side where a  Mensa sign will be placed. You may purchase the test ahead of time on the national website. Bring the voucher number issued to the church. Or pay on site with cash, check or credit card. Cost is $60. No watches. Photo ID required. Cell phones will be sequestered during the test. Handicap ramp on the south side of the church. Persons needing to use this to enter the church must contact the proctor to insure the door is unlocked. Persons ages 14-17 who wish to test must have a parent/guardian present to sign the test consent form. Parent/guardian must stay during testing. 

If you are unable to attend, you have two options:

1) contact the proctor for a different time/date to be tested.

2) consider taking the test through Private Testing. Mensa tests are offered at local colleges. In our area, these are Akron, Mansfield, Youngstown and Ravenna. The test costs $99, but there is a 10% discount in the month of April. The advantage of private testing is more available dates and may be closer to you.
