Tuesday evenings: February 14, 21, 28, and March 7, 14, and 21 at 5:30 pm.
Each class will explore basic yoga poses, yogic breathing, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques. Bring your own yoga mat or borrow one of ours for the class.
