Basic membership is FREE! We are a non- profit 501 (c) 19 organization. We are dedicated to the active duty, former and retired members of the six armed services branches and the two civilian branches with commissioned officers (NOAA and USPHS). We try to insure the government keeps it's promises made to all for health and dependent care.
