Warant / military officers + NOAA USPHS

The Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) is a nonprofit 501 (c) 19 organization dedicated to maintaining a strong national defense and ensuring our nation keep's commiitments to currently serving, former and retired members of the uniformed services and their families.

Membership is free. If you held a warrant of commissioned officers rank in the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, US Public Health Service (UPHS) or the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Admistration (NOAA) you are eligible to join. ROTC students in their junior or senior year are also eligible. Surviving spouses also may join.
