WWII Bombers Arrive at MAPS

MAPS Air Museum will host the Collings Foundation’s “Wings of Freedom 30th Anniversary Tour” Friday, August 9th through Sunday, August 11th 2018. WWII bombers available for touring will be a B-24 Liberator, a B-17 Flying Fortress, and a B-25 Mitchell as well as a P-51 Mustang Fighter. 

Adults are $15.00 and $5.00 for children 6-12. Children under 6 are free. This includes museum admission and parking. The museum opens at 9:00am. However, Friday’s touring time will be from 2:00pm until 5:00pm. On Saturday and Sunday, touring the aircraft will be from 9:00am until 5:00pm. Coupons and discounts do not apply.

MAPS Air Museum is located on the west side of the Akron Canton Airport at 2260 International Parkway just off Route 241 (Massillon Road) in the City of Green.
