The Basics of Mindfulness Meditation

Meditation promotes clarity in the mind and is a useful tool in allowing our bodies to release stress in a mindful way.  Learn the benefits to this practice and participate in a gentle movement and meditation session with local yoga and reiki studio, The Wellness Den, an inclusive space for whole-health healing. Registration with an email address is required to receive the Zoom link.  Registration is also recommended for in-person due to limited space.
