Kim Mozzochi with the Area Agency on Aging conducts this FREE exercise series, geared toward older adults (age 60+) wanting to improve strength, flexibility and muscle tone. The sessions meet one time per week for an 8-week period.
Sessions run Wednesdays, September 26* - November 14, from 11 am - Noon. (*The first session is an assessment ONLY.)
