LifeRing meetings focus on positive and practical ways to stay sober. We talk about the challenges and successes in our past week (or weeks) and potential challenges in the upcoming weeks. LifeRing meetings are self-empowering. LifeRing meetings offer sober, secular
self-help to abstain from alcohol and non-medically-indicated drugs by relying on our own power and the support of others. LifeRing is supportive of members who choose to incorporate MAT (Medically Assisted Treatment) into their personal recovery plans.
