Enter on the north side of the church. A Mensa sign will be placed near that door.  Handicapped entrance on the south side. Contact the proctor to arrange to have this door open. Arrive at 11:30 to fill out paperwork. No watches. Cell phones will be sequestered during the test. There are two tests given.  Contact the proctor to insure a seat. Seating is limited.

Those persons ages 14-17 who wish to test must bring a parent/guardian to sign the consent form. Parent/Guardian must stay in the church during testing.
