Peninsula Art Academy Plein Air Competition and Exhibit runs Oct 23 – Nov 20. Plein Air means painting outdoors. This is one of our biggest events of the year, attracting artists far and wide. Painting days are Oct 20, 21, and 22. All work must be completed on canvases that are officially registered with the Peninsula Art Academy. All officially submitted works are displayed. On Oct 23, the pieces will be judged by the renowned watercolorist David Rankin, with a cash prize and winning pieces announced at a reception that day.
