Military/NOAA/USPHS Christmas Party

The Military Officer Association of America (MOAA) Ohio Western Reserve Chapter (OWRC) will hold it's annual Christmas party on Friday, 2 December in the evening. This party is for active and retired officers and warrant officers of the armed services and officers of the US Public Health Service and National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration and their families.

This function begins at 5:30 pm. Dress code: coat and tie or equivalent. If possible, bring two dozen Christmas cookies for a cookie exchange.

Meals will be beef, salmon or chicken. Cash bar.

Program: Social hour, supper, presentation of new board members, choral performance by the Manchester High School, cookie exchange and dismissal.

This chapter supports JR ROTC programs at seven high schools, and ROTC programs at the University of Akron and Kent State University. Basic membership is free. The chapter meets every Wednesday for lunch at 11:30 at Michael's AM in the valley.
