Men's Mental Health

Join mental health therapist Rodney Long Jr. as he addresses the topics of societal pressures to be strong and self-reliant, and how these can lead to feelings of isolation and shame. We will discuss common mental health issues affecting men, such as depression, anxiety, and addiction, and how to recognize the signs and seek help. Through open and honest dialogue, we will work to break down the barriers preventing men from seeking the support they need and encourage everyone to prioritize their mental well being. This program is geared for teens and tweens.
