Hospice of the Western Reserve Volunteer Training Series
Are you looking for a way to help individuals in your community? We serve palliative and hospice care patients/families wherever they call home and have a wide range of volunteer opportunities to fit your talents, interests, and schedule including making phone calls, providing respite, attorney/notary, licensed hairdressers. We also need additional volunteers with retail experience to assists at Life’s Treasures Thrift Shop in Medina. Virtual volunteer training series are offered monthly. Upcoming training sessions are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays, January 18, 20, 25, & 27 from 9 am – 12 pm. Registration for training is contingent on meeting pre-registration requirements which include completing an application, criminal background check, and pre-screening interview. Life’s Treasures Thrift Shop in Medina Looking for new volunteers
Life’s Treasures is one of the most successful volunteer-run fundraisers for Hospice of the Western Reserve. We are looking for new volunteers with a background in retail to add to our team. We have a several training sessions planned but can work with your schedule to get you trained. Registration for training is contingent on meeting pre-registration requirements which include completing an application, criminal background check, and pre-screening interview. There are also some short-term opportunities that may not require meeting all these requirements.
