Eclipses as a Cultural Phenomenon

Tuesday, March 26 - 6:00 PM

Eclipses have occurred since the sun and moon came into existence, but without the scientific knowledge we have today, what did ancient people believe was happening? How did they explain the phenomenon so it made sense to them?

In this program, we will be discussing ancient people, eclipses, and their beliefs, to understand the significance of eclipses within their cultures.

Please join us as we explore the ancient world!
