Spend your lunchtime at Main Library with the smooth, relaxing movements of Tai Chi, a mind-body exercise to improve health, balance, focus, and much more. This four-week series will be taught by Nancy Gardner and will meet in the Business, Government, & Science Division on the 1st floor.
