The Trinity Organ Series will present Gustav Holst’s The Planets as performed by Peter Sykes in his own transcription for pipe organ on Friday, February 20, 2009 at 8:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. Dramatic images of the planets and the universe will be projected as Mr. Sykes performs this monumental musical work. Audience members are invited to a pre-concert presentation on The Planets at 7:15 p.m. A freewill offering will be received. Lighted parking is conveniently located adjacent to the church.
