target. You will learn the best practice tools and principles that apply to any kind of project, whatever its scope and
complexity. Drawing from the universal Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), you will use your current projects to learn how to scope, schedule, organize, staff and resource projects. This workshop integrates the innovative Agile and Scrum methodologies that accelerate project team cohesion, change management, and project deliverables. Includes how to deal with the challenges of time, change, risks, politics and keep the project team focused, collaborative and productive. Bring a project that you are currently managing.
