Description:

Starting at 5 PM on Saturday, November 28th there will be
entertainment and activity throughout Downtown Barberton
and Lake Anna Park.
At 5:45 PM is the Magic City Kiwanis Tree Lighting at the
Gazebo at the corner of West 6th and Park Avenue.
At 6 PM the Mayor will light the City's Christmas displays
on all four sides of Lake Anna Park. There will be a parade
following that, costumed characters and rides on the
Magical Train or hay rides for a nominal fee.
At 6:15-7:30 at St. Augustine Church, West 6 and Lake
will be a Christmas Music Concert by the adult, teen
and children's choirs. There is to be a live nativity
on the St. Augustine lawn and cocoa and cookies served.
Local businesses and restaurants will be open and offering
specials and discounts. A swing band with dancers are
to be performing at the Lake Anna YMCA starting at 6:30 PM.
There will be activity all over downtown Barberton that night.
The streets around Lake Anna and West Tuscarawas from
3rd to 6th will be closed to vehicle traffic.
