The Science and Technology Division presents "An Evening with Jane Snow", former Akron Beacon Journal food editor and author of "Jane Snow Cooks: Spirited Recipes & Stories" on Wednesday, October 28th at 7pm in the Main Library Auditorium.
Jane Snow writes and distributes an e-newsletter "See Jane Cook" at www.janesnowtoday.com in which she features recipes, thoughts, tips and tricks that make everyday cooking special -"food with an attitude." Jane Snow is the winner of two James Beard awards for food writing and was twice nominated for the Pulitzer Prize. A book signing will follow the program.
