Join Scott Mann as he teaches us how to increase energy, stay focused and feel great. With degrees in exercise physiology and sports management, Scott has become one of the country’s leading health, fitness and weight management authorities. Since 1992, Scott has developed nutrition, exercise, and weight-management programs for clients such as Gold’s Gyms Inc., FirstMerit, SummaCare, Beckman Medical Instruments, The Meridian, Idaho School System and countless other corporations, schools, and health clubs throughout the United States. He developed the nutrition and weight management programs for the NFL’s Miami Dolphins and put together the strength and nutrition programs for the National Champion Akron Firestone High School Swim Team. Scott has hosted the Successful Living radio program in Boise, Idaho, and helped 540 individuals lose over two tons of body-fat. He can help you achieve your fitness and body shaping goals.
