Dimensions of Wellness: Breathing
Thursday, April 1 from 6:00pm-7:30pm
Learn how the power of the breath impacts all dimensions of healing. No matter what your breath capacity is, you will learn the importance of breathing to help you on your healing journey. After exploring the "hows" and "whys" of the healing breath we will learn practical breathing techniques and explore other resources. Class is taught by Buddy Ann Ross, ND, MS, BSN, RN.
Participants attending this class must be touched by cancer.
