Enhance your ability to deliver a clear message in a relaxed, professional, and confident manner, which is vital for success at work. Learn a simple 4 - step process for expressing your ideas and relaying information while overcoming nervousness and other personal barriers to communication. This course includes practical tips on organization and presentation and
helps participants look at the information from the listener’s point of view. Through multiple practice opportunities, participants gain the confidence and skill to speak out and influence listeners. Students should come prepared to deliver a 5 minute presentation.
