Description:

Lead and perform Green Belt projects in your own firm. The define/measure, analyze, improve and control steps are taught for projects of immediate significance. The course will cover the DMAIC methods using Minitab software. Prerequisite: Minitab. This software will be used throughout the Green Belt training for data collection and interpretation. Text, Minitab student version 14, and lunch are included in the cost of the class. Bring your laptop computer; if you do not have one, we will provide one for your use in class.

Define and Measure: Oct. 6-7
Analyze: Nov. 3-4
Improve: Dec. 8-9
Control: Jan. 12-13, 2009
Certificate of completion will be provided after student's document results from their projects.
