Our Six Sigma Green and Black Belt programs are a data-driven approach that is project-focused. Minitab software will be used throughout the training for data collection and interpretation. Minitab training is a prerequisite for our Six Sigma classes and is free if you register for the Green or Black Belt course. A laptop computer will be provided for class use if you do not have one. Our Six Sigma courses are taught by Dan Sommers, a Design for Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Dan has over 22 years of service with General Electric Lighting. Certificate of completion will be provided after you document results from your project.
Lead and perform Green Belt projects in your own firm. DMAIC: define/measure, analyze, improve and control steps are taught for projects of immediate significance.
