Designed for operators, managers, supervisors, cooks and employees, this program covers the causes and spread of food-borne illnesses, methods of preventing food-borne illnesses, microbiology, and cleaning and sanitizing. Successful completion will lead to certification by the Ohio Department of Health, and ServSafe Certification. No discounts apply.
