Explore and recall simple ways to deal with your grief that grows out of your relationship and memories of your loved one. Rituals that held meaning in life can be used for continued support and encouragement through the journey of grief. A time for grievers to share their own rituals as well as discover new rituals will enhance the learning experience of this session. This class will be held on March 14 from 2 – 3:30 p.m. at the Hospice of VNS Care Center located at 3358 Ridgewood Road in Fairlawn. The class is open to all members of the community at no charge. Enrollment is limited, so please call to reserve a place.
