Description:

This hands-on course covers the fundamentals of digital images and digital image editing using Photoshop. In-class exercises cover photo corrections and enhancements, photo retouching and repairing, selection techniques, layers, masks, channels and more! You will learn to work quickly and efficiently. Applicable to all versions of Photoshop through CS5 and Photoshop Elements, both Mac and Windows computers. Photoshop CS5 is used in class. Prerequisite: You must have strong computer skills including being able to use the mouse well, quickly locate specific keys (hunt-and-peck typing is adequate), browse the file system, create a directory, and copy files from a CD-ROM or DVD-ROM disc to a hard disk drive.
