Rose Guardian is a division of Guardian Surveillance Systems which was founded by two brothers, Carlos and Marcos Crespo, in 2002 following the events of 9/11. Since then, they have worked collaboratively with detectives to solve crimes. In doing so, they have noticed a pattern: many victims are women. These women, victim to a variety of crimes, lacked awareness as well as products which may have been essential in the prevention of becoming victims to these crimes.
In 2009, as a result of these observations, Carlos and Marcos Crespo decided to start a company that focused on Self-Defense Products for women, and eventually included men recognizing their safety could be just as jeopardized, by providing a location where individuals could select products that fit their needs and ask questions about their purchases. Carlos and Marcos carefully selected products that were practical, dependable, and affordable. They have focused on providing information on how to effectively use these products.
