CERTIFIED SOLIDWORKS ASSOCIATE (CSWA)
Prepare for and take the CSWA (Certified SolidWorks Associate) Exam with this course. You will learn the skills required to create and modify 3-dimensional solid modeled parts and assemblies, and the related official engineering drawing for each part and assembly. Numerous part and assembly applications will be investigated through design projects. Topics include the use of sketches with dimensions, extrudes, revolves, sweeps, patterns, lofts, shells, molds, sheet metal parts, proper engineering drawing symbols and procedures, and exposure to rapid prototyping. This course satisfies the State of Ohio Professional Engineer & Surveyor registration Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits: 25 classroom hours. Recommended textbook is optional.
