The course is designed for the novice or experienced auditor desiring to learn to audit to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. Through hands-on activities and simulations, the participants will learn the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, auditing terms and definitions, the process model, the process audit versus the system audit, audit skills and techniques, planning, performing and reporting the audit, and the corrective action process.
