Do you know there is such a thing as "constructive conflict"- and that you can manage it in the workplace, even if you are not a manager? You need tools to effectively engage in conflict resolution: separating problems from people, employing conflict management styles, recognizing fair versus unfair fighting, sending clear messages, and developing an action plan. This session is designed for employees of all levels, including team members, supervisors and managers.
