Barberton, Ohio, February 15, 2010 – Summa Barberton Hospital is hosting a free Heart Healthy lecture series for 2010. This year’s series continues on Tuesday, March 16 with Lisa Hoisington, Pharm. D., BCPS, who will speak on "Blood Thinners." There are many different blood thinners on the market. Information on various types of blood thinners and side effects will be discussed.
Lectures will be held at the hospital beginning at 6 p.m. in Conference Rooms D & E on the ground floor. Summa Barberton Hospital is located at 155 Fifth Street NE, Barberton, Ohio 44203.
