"Good Self-Care While Grieving" will be held on March 10 from 2 – 3:30 p.m. Join us as we discuss the physical impact grief has on the body, mind and spirit. We will also discuss the importance of good self-care while providing tips on supporting ourselves while grieving.
The free class will be offered by the Hospice of Visiting Nurse Service (VNS) Center for Loss and Hope in March at the Hospice of VNS Care Center located at 3358 Ridgewood Road in Fairlawn. The class is open to all members of the community at no charge. Enrollment is limited, so please call to reserve a place.
