This course is designed for those who have taken the basic "Finance and Accounting for Non-Financial Managers" and for those with a basic understanding of both the Profit and Loss statement and balance sheet. Key subjects include in-depth review of the P& L and balance sheet. Focusing on what needs reviewed including a budget to actual analysis, a detailed discussion on budget preparation and year end forecasting, plus other basic questions you may have but were always afraid to ask! Part 1 is not a prerequisite for Part 2. Dates: February 6,7, 13, 14
