Thursdays July 10th– September 11th
Time: 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Kick your summer into high gear with this popular outdoor summer concert series showcasing fresh and exciting local talent, along with personalities from 89.7 WKSU. Gourmet picnics and coffees along with imported beer will be available for purchase. While the band takes a break, attend informal ArtTalks@Dusk by museum staff and area artists in the museum’s auditorium. Throughout the evening, kids and their families can become artists by participating in free, hands-on art projects at Family Fun Nights.
Concert takes place in the museum’s Members parking Lot. Parking is free in the High Street municipal garage. No smoking, pets, bottles, cans, bikes, skateboards, sporting equipment or chalk allowed. In case of inclement weather, concerts will take place inside the museum. Admission fees apply to the galleries. Concerts are free. Downtown@Dusk 2008 is made possible by the City of Akron. ArtTalks@Dusk 2008 is presented by the Gertrude F. Orr Trust Advised Fund of Akron Community Foundation.
