Explore team dynamics while learning new skills for conducting an effective and productive team meeting. The course is designed to encourage participants to recognize and overcome their personal communication barriers, while developing effective listening and communication techniques. This is a high energy, interactive combination of lecture, individual exercises, and team activities. The course material goes beyond studying rules and checklists. It examines the predictable challenges that can prevent productivity in team meetings.
