BEHAVIORAL INTERVIEWING- SELECTING THE STAR PERFORMERS
Have your struggled trying to find your next star performer? Have you felt good about a candidate, but were not sure if they would be right for your company? Behavioral Interviewing techniques can help you overcome the uncertainty you may have experienced during the interviewing process. This class is designed to avoid candidates giving you exaggerated or partial answers to your questions. Your questions will disclose the candidate’s true character through their past work experiences. You will gain the benefit of reducing employee turn-over; saving your company time and money. The quality of your interview equals the quality of your questions. Behavioral Interviewing can help you to dramatically weed out those candidates who are not right for your company. This class will help you to:
o Recognize your need to use Behavioral Questions
o Expand your understanding of Behavioral Questions
o Identify and turn around vague, hypothetical, and opinionated answers
o Practice asking the right questions
Class participation is encouraged through plenty of questions asked by all participants, including the instructor.
